MDS-Personal is a personal version of MDS-Enterprise system and this comes with minimal functionalities necessary to record and retrieve patient data during their medical procedures in a very small clinic (usually by an individual doctor).

It records patient's visit to a doctor from the time they receive an appointment at the front desk and have their personal details recorded. It is subsequently accessed, at the examination by the doctor, the pharmacy for dispensing the drugs prescribed and bill payments. The database is built around the patient-number and only records simple clinical and billing data on the patient.
